The Asics METASPEED™ SKY TOKYO shoe is their pinnacle racing product, designed for stride-style runners who are looking to start fast and finish faster. Runners wearing these shoes will be able to increase their speed by lengthening their strides while conserving energy with each step. 

• MOTION WRAP™ 3.0 upper. A lightweight technical engineered woven material that helps lock the foot onto the shoes platform.
• FF LEAP™ cushioning. This midsole foam is super bouncy and lightweight. It's designed to help provide a higher energy return and better cushioning under the forefoot area.
• FF TURBO™ PLUS cushioning. This midsole foam is extremely lightweight and bouncier than FF TURBO™ cushioning. It's designed for an even more advanced energy return and cushioning experience during your run.
• Carbon plate. A plate that helps you enhance the energy return from the midsole by increasing the deformable foam volume under the plate, thanks to the wide shape and higher position in the forefoot part.
